  I found the agency to be very deceptive in their practices and descriptions of the houses they rent. I rented a vacation home with an ocean view for $5,000.00 for one week in July 2017 They listed the house with an ocean view. I booked online based on their description and paid a 50% deposit of $2,250.00
  Four days later, I requested to see the house in person. My contact person, Shania, said that she did not have access to the house. Shortly after I made another request to see the house in person, again she was not able to show me the house. I went to inspect the house in person and I was upset to find that the house did NOT have ocean views as claimed in Jean Knapp's description. I tried to cancel the reservation and demanded my money be returned. The agency said that I only had 7 days to cancel and that they would not be returning any of my money. I am still fighting to recover my deposit but they are refusing to release it to me. STAY AWAY from this business Be Warned
